The owner, Ricardo came to service my AC on the roof super overdue 3 years old and never been done on Maintenance. This year, we have a lot of spiders in Glendale area and spider webs were everywhere around our property and of course living inside the AC unit. Ricardo showed me the photos and found the AC manual placed inside the unit since day one! Ricardo also flushed the furnace and changed the filter. He was helpful, did a fine job more than what was expected.

I will call set up yearly maintenance without a doubt with Perfect Air.
